A replacement cutter is a component, not a complete blade. Match the blade family, width and number, then follow the fitting instructions for that exact assembly.

A fresh cutter can be a useful way to maintain a compatible blade. The first buying check is to understand what is in the packet: a replacement moving cutter is not a complete blade and will not attach to the clipper on its own.

It also does not turn the existing fixed blade into a different cutting length. You are choosing a maintenance part for an assembly you already own.

Read the blade, not just the clipper

Identify the full blade system, its width and its number. VUNRO separates standard A5, dedicated #40/#50, wide A5, skip-tooth A5 and D-Series cutter choices. These are not all interchangeable. A photograph of the front and back of your existing blade is useful if you need help confirming the match.
